Annual Health and Safety and Fire Safety Audits

All of our homes are subject to annual Health and Safety and Fire Safety Audits carried out by an independent external provider MBO Safety Services, further information about MBO can be found on their website http://mbosafetyservices.co.uk/

IOSH Managing Safely

All of the Senior Management Team are trained in IOSH Managing Safely to equip them with the skills and know-how to evaluate our companies safety systems, identify areas for improvement and implement new control measures to reduce risk when appropriate.

All Crystal Care Solutions staff are trained to a high standard in a number of areas including:

• First Aid – QA Level 3 (RQF)
• Fire Safety – Practical and Theory
• Health and Safety
• Crisis Intervention
• Child Protection Level 1-3
• Data Protection

Crystal Care Solutions use a fully vetted Maintenance Team who are health and safety accredited under the Construction Design Regulations 2015.
