It's truly inspiring to see young people showing kindness to one another🥰
Acts of kindness among youth can create a ripple effect, fostering a supportive and compassionate community. On this occasion the ripple effect has given some of our young residents inspiration and courage, this is what they had to say to Isla.
😀"We got some bracelets and good teddies from you for Christmas. I really liked the red sparkly hedgehog because I like shiny things and touching different fidget toys and stuff helps me because I have Autism.
We all chose our own bracelets, we had a red and orange one, a blue one and a green one. The blue one has special because it matched the Man City colours, they are my favourite football team.
Thank you for thinking of us and making sure everyone had a special Christmas. We want to make some bracelets now and give them to charity and cheer people up, so thank you for giving us a good idea to make people smile.

Lets keep the kindness going. Here are a few other ways young people can be kind to each other:
1) Offering Help: Lending a hand to a friend in need, whether it's with schoolwork, personal issues, or just being there to listen.
2) Encouragement: Motivating peers with positive words and celebrating their achievements.
3) Standing Up Against Bullying: Being an ally and speaking out against bullying to create a safe environment for everyone.
4) Volunteering Together: Participating in community service projects to make a difference collectively.
5) Practicing Empathy: Taking the time to understand and support each other's feelings and perspectives.
