Our registered children’s homes provide support for children ranging between the ages of 8 and 18, our care leaving service caters for individuals between the ages of 16 to 25. Whether you are considering an emergency placement or planned admission, we can provide quality support to assist  the planning process and minimise disruption to the young person.

When making a referral please select the referral type from the drop down menu to ensure that your query reaches the appropriate department. The available departments are:

  • Specialist Crisis Intervention
  • Specialist Services
  • Residential Care Services
  • Care Leaving Services

Once contacted our aim will be to work in partnership with the Local Authority to assess the situation quickly and efficiently. Crystal Care Solutions will then work with the Local Authority to develop a care plan and placement plan which will best meet the assessed needs of the young person.

The Local Authority will be fully involved in the initial development of the placement plan, and will be kept fully informed of it’s progress throughout the duration of the placement by both verbal updates and formal monthly/weekly reports. Crystal Care Solutions Ltd will seek and engage any other services or professional support as required to meet the needs of the young people placed with us.

For more information about the above services or if you are unsure which department you need, please find full information on each service on our Services page. If you have any further queries or wish to discuss a referral please Contact Us.

    Quotes from Inspection Reports

‘The views, wishes and feelings of young people are central to the day-to-day running of the home. Key-work sessions and young people’s meetings take place regularly and allow young people to discuss all aspects of the home, their care, and individual issues relating to them.‘
