Annual Leave Service Award
Employees of Crystal Care Solutions are given an Annual Leave Service Award therefore for every completed year of service they accrue with the company we will give them an additional 0.2 weeks of annual leave up to a maximum of an extra week of annual leave after 5 completed years of service. This is given on top of the base annual leave entitlement given when starting with the company.
Company Auto-Enrolment Pension Scheme
Eligible employees will be automatically enrolled in to the Company Auto-Enrolment Pension Scheme which they have the right to opt out of if they so wish. The initial contribution will be a percentage of any pensionable salary however additional contributions can be made by the employee.
