Colwyn Bay - North Wales
Join our dynamic care leaving service, where we’re on the lookout for passionate individuals with a track record of collaboration! Help empower children and young people as they navigate their journey to independence in our supportive accommodation.
💰 **Salary:** £26,000.00 - £32,916.00
📑 **Contract:** 40 hours, plus sleep-ins
🔄 **Rota:** 2 on - 4 off shift system, plus holiday cover shifts and overtime available at enhanced rates
🎓 **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar role, supporting CYPs
📜 **Qualification:** L3 qualification in children’s residential care is desirable, or a willingness to complete it
