Raising Money for Macmillen

This month we have helped raise money for Macmillan by participating in our own Macmillan coffee morning. The young people enjoyed baking the cakes to sell at our coffee morning and enjoyed being involved in creating the decorations for around the home. The young people played the games and supported the staff to sell the cakes in which we raised £142. One young person told staff that they enjoyed baking the cakes and wanted to do the same again next year. Another young person liked collecting the money and was excited to see how much money we could raise for Macmillan. Each young person bought cakes themselves as they wanted to be able to donate some money to Macmillan.’
